Giselle Alexander is an associate at Frazer, Ryan, Goldberg & Arnold, L.L.P. with a practice concentrated on federal, state, and local tax controversy.  Tax controversy includes tax litigation, tax audits, and tax collection relief work.  As a tax controversy attorney, she represents individuals, businesses, trusts, and estates against the Internal Revenue Service, the Arizona Department of Revenue, and local taxing authorities (counties, cities, municipalities/special districts).
Ms. Alexander is a CPA as well as an attorney and began her career with a Big-4 accounting firm in Phoenix before moving to Frazer, Ryan, Goldberg & Arnold, L.L.P. in 2012.  She has helped individuals and businesses reach favorable resolution of numerous issues, including TPT audits, successor liability issues, employment tax issues, characterization of real estate development (passive v. active determination), property tax valuation appeals, and rental vehicle surcharge tax audits.
